Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Anthikad. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, able to handle branch operations, and build strong customer relationships. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the branch
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Support branch operations, documentation, and daily reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth service

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: +2 / Any Degree
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Candidates residing near Anthikad will be preferred
