Branch Executive

Job description

As a Branch Executive at Bayars Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in coffee quality and store hygiene. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store performance.

· Store Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience.

· Sales & Customer Service:

• Drive store sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Promote new products and seasonal offerings.

· Inventory & Stock Control:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.
• Reduce wastage and ensure efficient usage of ingredients.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

· Reporting & Compliance:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cash and online operations.

Qualification: PUC or any degree

Timings: 9.30 to 2PM and 4.30 to 9PM (should work on both the shifts)

Location: Within 10 Kmr from your residence

Salary: 18K gross salary + Branch incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
