Job Overview: We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Branch Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with students and parents, and ensure smooth functioning of branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage branch office systems effectively.

Supervise office staff and support company operations.

Take daily student attendance and maintain records.

Conduct follow-up calls for absentees and fee collections.

Assist the Branch Head in daily operations.

Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.

Prepare and organize branch documentation and files.

Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries professionally.

Coordinate with students and parents regarding academic and administrative matters.

Submit timely reports and assist in preparing presentations and proposals.

Ensure the branch meets its operational goals smoothly.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline (mandatory). Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, responsible, and highly organized.
