Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to US-based candidates
• Screen them for client hiring requirements
• Record call outcomes in the internal system

🔹 Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong call introductions and closures
• Versant score of 58 or above (mandatory)
• PF history in last 2 organizations (for experienced)
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
• Work From Office – Bangalore-based candidates only

🔹 Preferred:

• Experience in US contact center processes
• Open to both freshers and experienced professionals (1+ year exp. – undergraduates also eligible)
