Key Responsibilities : Handle international customer queries via phone calls in a professional manner. Resolve issues related to mobile networks, broadband services, data plans, and billing. Provide real-time support, troubleshoot service disruptions, and escalate issues when required. Ensure first call resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Update customer data and call records in the CRM system accurately. Meet quality standards and KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT). Work in rotational/night shifts based on process requirements. Required Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or US/UK accent preferred). Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and irate customers. Basic knowledge of telecom services and related technology is a plus. Good typing speed and familiarity with CRM tools. B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible. Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
