Job Description

As a Finance Executive, your role will involve booking journal entries based on bank statements and client information. You will also be responsible for preparing Bank Reconciliation and maintaining financial logs. Additionally, you will prepare monthly financial reporting packages for Hedge Funds, determine "Net Asset Value," and prepare Statements of Assets and Liabilities and Profit and Loss Statements. It will be your duty to ensure that fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are accrued for and comply with relevant accounting standards. You will be required to accurately and promptly process all capital activities such as calls, distributions, transfers, rollups, capital commitments, and calls. Moreover, you will derive pricing for portfolio investments and update status reports. Your responsibilities will also include cash management, where you will manage the daily cash flow of trades, monitor fund cash-flows, and process incoming and outgoing cash movements related to capital activity. You will be expected to prepare bespoke reports to address client requests and independently complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively [Note: No additional details of the company are provided in the job description.],
