Job Description

We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telecallers for our Domestic BPO Voice Process. The role involves making outbound calls or attending inbound calls to handle customer queries, provide information, and promote our products/services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Explain product/service features in detail to customers. Maintain and update customer databases. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Follow communication “scripts” to handle different topics. Record feedback and manage follow-up calls. Maintain professional relationships with customers.
