Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated and confident Telecaller to make outbound calls and respond to incoming customer inquiries. The role includes promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Share information about the company’s products or services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries politely. Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Generate appointments or sales leads for the field or sales team. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned. Record customer feedback and report issues to the team lead. Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times. Requirements: Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language] Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM software) Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Confident, polite, and target-oriented Freshers with good communication are also welcome.
