Job Title: BPO Telecaller – Sales Company: BPO / Call Center (Sales Process) Job Description: We are hiring BPO Telecallers (Sales) for outbound/inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, and closing sales with proper follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers Handle inbound customer queries professionally Explain product benefits clearly and confidently Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain call records and customer details Follow company sales scripts and compliance Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills (Hindi / English) Sales or telecalling experience preferred.
