*About the Role:*

Hiring Hub Consultancy is looking for **experienced HR Recruiters** to support our **Bulk BPO Hiring** projects. If you have experience recruiting for BPO roles and want a performance-based role with flexibility, we want to hear from you!

*Key Responsibilities:*

* End-to-end recruitment for BPO clients.

* Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.

* Handle bulk hiring requirements independently.

* Maintain candidate records and follow-up effectively.

* Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

*Requirements:*

* Must have prior experience in **Bulk BPO Recruitment**.

* Must own a **laptop/desktop** with stable internet.

* Should be comfortable working from **10:00 AM to 07:00 PM**.

* Fluent in **Hindi and English**.

* Must be an **immediate joiner**.

* Salary will be **performance-based** for the initial 3 months.

*Freshers:*
