BPO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor real-time stock data using internal systems and update it consistently.

Prepare and update daily reports as per instructions.

Execute report generation and data entry tasks assigned by the operations team.

Monitor in-house software tools and run scheduled programs.

Perform ad-hoc operational tasks to support US-based business requirements. We have multiple in-house projects and we will be rotating you in different roles on various projects depending on our requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: No prior experience needed. Freshers are welcome. Well groomed attire and professional demeanour is a must.

Comfortable working night shifts (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM). 5 day week and occasional Saturdays (Half day) for meetings required.

Basic computer literacy, faster typing and attention to detail.

Must sign a 15-month employment bond.

Ability to work independently and follow process guidelines.

Compensation:

₹8000 per month for first 8 months.

₹10,000 per month from months 9–15

₹15,000/month after completion of 15-month contract
