About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented BPMN Process Documentation Manager to help structure, visualize, and document business processes for one of our clients. This is a fully remote minijob, allowing you to work from anywhere in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Create clear, professional process maps and diagrams
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure process alignment

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 and process documentation
  • Familiarity with tools like Miro, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or Signavio
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
