BPM - Pega Senior System Architect - Senior-E

As an experienced Pega Application Developer at EY, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing state-of-the-art applications to optimize business processes using the Pega Development platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work effectively as a team lead, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating managers on task progress - Strive towards exceeding client and team expectations, working on increasingly complex assignments - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and onsite personnel - Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks - Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing status updates - Engage in design, development, QA, deployment, and support as required - Ensure compliance with EY policies and procedures such as Timesheet and Leaves management - Adhere to quality protocols specified for the project - Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables - Build Technical Assets and Accelerators **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations - Participation in organization-wide people initiatives - Hands-on experience in at least 3-4 projects - Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus - Understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience in PL/SQL - Ability to cross-skill and cross-train as per business requirements **Qualifications Required:** - 4-7 years of Pega Application development knowledge using the Pega Development platform - Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations - Good understanding of Pega Constellation - Knowledge of optimizing workflows using Pega Agentic AI - At least 1-2 years of experience in Pega Cloud - Hands-on experience in SWIFT MX and MT Message Processing, End-to-end Message and Exception Case Processing - Hands-on experience in Integration modules (gCase, gpi APIs, Inbound/Outbound Correspondence) - Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting - Experience in Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors - Good knowledge of UI/UX and Portals development rules - Understanding of Pega application performance tuning activities - Knowledge of Pega Best Practices - Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies - Certified CSSA OR CLSA Part1 - Hands-on experience in Smart Dispute (SD) or Smart Investigate Frameworks would be an add-on **Additional Company Details:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network operating across six locations.
