Description
As a Process Mining Data Engineer at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients by utilizing your exceptional skills in data engineering and process mining. You will be an integral part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, where you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and data models for process mining projects. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technologists to collect, transform, and analyze process data in order to uncover insights and drive process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and maintaining an ETL layer for process mining with best practices, developing and implementing process improvement solutions based on process mining insights, and contributing to business development initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex business and technical problems, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Cross-cultural competence and the ability to lead a technical team in various conditions are also essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field. Experience with data modeling, data transformation, and data analysis, as well as proficiency in SQL and MYSQL, are critical requirements. Knowledge of data collection approaches, data cleansing, and process discovery, as well as experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, and Power automate Process Mining, will be highly beneficial. Certification as a data analyst for process discovery and mining tools is also desirable.
