The opportunity

You will be responsible to develop large and complex web applications architecture, composed of components, standards that govern which how data is represented, arranged, integrated and used by users, including the design, build and documents to address business requirements

You will be responsible Create sound project plans with the business by engaging with multidisciplinary teams, and by identifying, managing and mitigating risk

You will be responsible to develop relationships across the business to understand data requirements, applies deep technical knowledge of data management to solve business problems in areas where solutions may not currently exist, necessitating new solutions / ways of working / technologies and proactively articulating these to the business

You will be responsible to oversees and lead teams of Engineers who design, develop, test, implement and monitor software and tools. Manages the evaluation and selection of IT vendor products. Partners with leaders to strategize and effectively shape IT demand that will deliver business impact. Provides people leadership, manages Delivery/Engineering Managers and drives outcomes across International. Builds strong collaboration with their counterpart IT leaders in in the US jointly driving department and Business OKRs. Strong relationship management. Experience leading transformation and product/automation engineering. Strong ability to manage stakeholders. Clear communication skills.

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum of ten years related work experience, with at least five years of Delivery management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in automation and manual testing.
• Must have Agile, Confluence, JIRA, Monitoring and refining dashboards and must comply with Continuous process improvement for process flows/workflows.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Proficiency in using JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail for bug tracking and working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD integration.
• Proficient in IT project planning, SDLC methodologies and enterprise software delivery
• Experience in vendor mgmt, risk mitigation and budget control. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience integrating security practices into IT projects

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, or a Masters degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry (preferred)
• This leadership role will have multiple domains within FAST including Production Support, Fund Event Testing and Divisional Platforms
• Strategic Leadership & business alignment will be critical
• Collaboration with US Leadership to build the journey road map key prioritization.
• Stakeholder Mgmt and communications.
• Ability to optimize delivery models.
• Conducts regression testing and stress testing to verify application stability and responsiveness under various load conditions.
• Collaborates across IT teams to execute manual End-to-End test cases and exploratory tests, following test case standards.
