Job Description:
Fabmark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial record-keeping and ensure accuracy in all accounting transactions. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Manage payroll and related records.
Prepare simple financial reports and summaries for management.
Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
Assist the accountant and management team with audits and budgeting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in bookkeeping/accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
