Job Description

About the Role:

skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Work closely with management for budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage Zoho Books for invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    6 years of experience

    in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with

    Zoho Books

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
