We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee all IT operations for our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams in the hospitality industry, ensuring smooth operations in a remote location. Role & responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team to ensure efficient operations across the resort. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and hardware. Ensure seamless operation of property management systems (PMS), booking engines, POS systems, and other hospitality-specific software. Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect guest and company data. Collaborate with management to develop IT strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure high availability and reliability of internet connectivity, servers, and network infrastructure in a remote location. Manage IT budgets, procurement of hardware/software, and vendor relationships. Provide technical support and training to staff for all IT-related issues. Monitor emerging technologies in hospitality IT and recommend upgrades for enhanced guest experience. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in IT management in the hospitality sector (luxury resorts/hotels preferred). Strong knowledge of hospitality IT systems (PMS, POS, CRM, booking engines, Wi-Fi management). Hands-on experience with networking, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote location.
