Job Title: Boiler Incharge

Location: Bharuch, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced and certified Boiler Incharge to manage the operations, maintenance, and compliance of our boiler house at our plant in Bharuch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor high-pressure boilers, steam turbines, and associated auxiliaries.
• Supervise day-to-day boiler operations, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all statutory, safety, and environmental regulations related to boilers are followed.
• Maintain logbooks, operation records, and maintenance documentation.
• Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Handle boiler start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations.
• Optimize fuel consumption and improve boiler efficiency.
• Coordinate with energy and utility teams for uninterrupted steam supply.
• Lead the boiler team and provide training and guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–10 years of experience in boiler operations in large-scale industries.
• In-depth knowledge of high-pressure boilers, steam systems, fuel handling systems, and safety interlocks.
• Familiarity with water treatment, DM plant, and condensate recovery systems.
• Strong understanding of statutory and pollution control requirements.

Pay: ₹9,570.85 - ₹50,633.47 per month
