Bogie Test Engineer

• Take on a new challenge and apply your testing and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
• You'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of our metro trains and locomotives through rigorous testing and validation. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (EHS, Facilities, Compliance, Import/Export, Logistics, etc.), prepare test specifications, and manage instrumentation planning, and much more.
• Youll specifically take care of translating engineering requirements into actionable test requirements, but also expand our testing capabilities by collaborating with external labs and partners.

• Preparing test specifications as per standards and contracts
• Planning and conducting on-track tests for Metro trains and locomotives
• Driving operational excellence through innovative planning and resource engagement
• Collaborating with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Managing timely calibration and availability of test instruments
• Ensuring data integrity and quality to guarantee passenger safety
• Developing scripts using MATLAB and/or Python to support testing processes

• Experience or understanding of on-track testing and instrumentation planning
• Knowledge of testing standards and data acquisition systems
• Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments
• A certification in MATLAB, Python, or a similar scripting language
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
