Bodyshop Advisor Reports to Bodyshop Manager. Critical activities of the Service Advisor includes, Greeting the customers, listening to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required, promote value added services and to prepare service orders. Also, Service Advisor establishes a good relationship with customers and facilitate corrective actions to improve performance outcomes in areas of customer satisfaction & contribution. Service Advisor work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall customer satisfaction.
