BODY SHOP MANAGER

You have a solid understanding of body repair & painting technology. You are capable of forecasting business and budget for the body shop department, including infrastructure, travel & entertainment, and manpower. You excel at driving productivity and improving Turnaround Time (TAT) to meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. Monitoring costs and optimizing them to align with industry standards is one of your strengths. You are familiar with DMS, mEES, and other necessary IT tools for daily operations. Keeping up with cleanliness and hygiene standards is important to you. You possess knowledge of the insurance claim process and always prioritize customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Knowledge on body repair & painting technology - Forecasting business and budget for the body shop department (Infra, T&E & Manpower) - Driving productivity & TAT improvement - as per the OEM standard - Monitoring costs to the optimized level at par with industry - Understanding DMS, mEES, and other IT Tools required for daily operation - Upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards - Knowledge of Insurance claim process - Customer focus **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience - Degree/Diploma in Engineering - Management qualification preferred This position is based in Bangalore and there is currently 1 vacancy available.,
