Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated BMS Operator to monitor, operate, and support the Building Management System to ensure smooth and efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, and other integrated building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and operating BMS / IBMS systems on a daily basis
• Continuous monitoring of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, PAC units
• Monitoring electrical systems such as DG sets, UPS, panels, and power distribution
• Monitoring fire alarm, PA, access control, and CCTV systems (if integrated)
• Identifying alarms, faults, and abnormalities and informing concerned teams
• Coordinating with HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing teams for issue resolution
• Logging alarms, events, and system performance data
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly BMS reports
• Supporting preventive maintenance activities through BMS data
• Ensuring proper operation as per SOPs and safety standards
• Escalating critical alarms as per escalation matrix

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of BMS / IBMS software
• Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
• Ability to read system trends, alarms, and graphics
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred:

• Experience in IT Parks, data centers, malls, hospitals
• Knowledge of Siemens / Honeywell / Schneider / Johnson Controls BMS
• Exposure to energy management and trend analysis

Salary:

As per company standards (Based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
