Job Description

Position: BMS & Home Automation Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BMS, lighting control, and home automation drawings (layouts, schematics, panel, wiring) as per IFC and DPS.
  • Interpret control philosophies and ensure logical representation in drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineers and update drawings based on feedback/redlines.
  • Maintain version control and project documentation.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant drafting experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
  • Familiar with KNX, DALI, and control protocols (preferred).
