BMS Home Automation Draftsman

As a BMS & Home Automation Draftsman based in Chennai, you will be responsible for preparing BMS, lighting control, and home automation drawings according to IFC and DPS standards. Your role will involve creating layouts, schematics, panel designs, and wiring diagrams. It will be crucial for you to interpret control philosophies accurately and ensure their logical representation in the drawings. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with engineers, incorporating feedback and updates into the drawings while maintaining version control and project documentation. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or a related field and possess at least 3 years of relevant drafting experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and knowledge of Revit would be considered a plus. Familiarity with KNX, DALI, and control protocols is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is immediately available. This is a 23-month contract position within the Design department, and the package, including a laptop and software, will be proposed to the selected candidate.
