Description

Responsible for monitoring and operating the hospital’s Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth functioning of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and supervise BMS covering HVAC, electrical, fire alarms, elevators, and lighting systems
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety and energy efficiency standards
  • Coordinate with technicians and facility teams for issue resolution

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation or related field
  • Knowledge of building automation systems
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
