Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in line with hospital protocols.
• Handle outpatient and inpatient departments, ensuring patient satisfaction and safe clinical practices.
• Collaborate with consultants and senior specialists in Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Surgery departments for multidisciplinary patient care.
• Manage patient records, maintain proper documentation, and update case histories in compliance with hospital and medical council standards.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications where appropriate.
• Perform routine and specialized clinical procedures as per qualification and scope of practice.
• Counsel patients and families about treatment plans, preventive healthcare, and wellness.
• Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and hospital-led community health initiatives.
• Maintain ethical medical practices and stay updated with latest medical guidelines and advancements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BMS/BAMS degree from a recognized medical university.
• Minimum 4 years of proven clinical experience (excluding internship).
• Valid license/registration with the relevant State/National Medical Council.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.
• Compassionate, patient-centric approach with strong ethical values.
• Proficiency in handling EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems is preferred.
