Requirements Knowledge on BMC Suite Installation Knowledge on BMC ITSM Remedy Knowledge on SmartIT/MyIT(Digital Work-Place) Knowledge on Service Request Management Knowledge on Smart reporting Knowledge on BMC CMDB Asset Management, as per agreed SLAs Experience in Administration, Operations, Customizations, Integrations, Performance tuning, Patch implementation, Upgrades and development of ITSM remedy Follow the ITIL standard best processes. Knowledge on BMC ADDM, True-Sight will be added advantage. Experience Range 3 to 8 years Location Across all Infosys DCs
