BMC ITSM Implementation Engineer

As an BMC ITSM Implementation Engineer, your role involves providing Implementation and post go-live support on various ITSM tools such as Remedy, SmartIT/MyIT, Smart reporting, CMDB, and Asset Management, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs. Your responsibilities will include Administration, Operations, Customizations, Integrations, and development of ITSM Remedy following standard best processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Implementation and post go-live support on ITSM Remedy, SmartIT/MyIT, Smart reporting, CMDB, and Asset Management - Administer, operate, customize, integrate, and develop ITSM Remedy - Follow standard best processes - Troubleshoot ITSM applications, integrations, and customizations effectively - Communicate and collaborate with Customers, Vendors, and internal groups as required - Work independently within defined practices and policies - Maintain effective communication skills (verbal and written) - Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / BSc / MSc / BCA / MCA - Experience in Applications Managed Services and Implementation Services environment - Knowledge of UNIX operating system and ITIL framework is an advantage Please note that this job posting is for locations in Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore and requires 2 to 5 years of IT experience.
