It is essential to possess a bachelor's degree and have experience in Applications Managed Services and Implementation Services environment. Familiarity with UNIX operating system and ITIL framework is advantageous. Your duties will include troubleshooting ITSM applications, integrations, and customizations, and you should be well-organized with a positive attitude. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary as you will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal groups. The role may require working in 24x7 shifts, and you must exercise independent judgment within defined practices and policies to achieve desired results.,
