Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shimla for a BM - Sales and Marketing position. The role involves managing daily sales operations, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and training the sales team. Responsibilities also include sales management, setting sales targets, and ensuring the company's products reach new and existing customers successfully.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Training abilities
• Expertise in Sales Management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is required in Swiches, wire, switchgears and MCBs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
