Job Description

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and stability.
  • Customize and enhance application functionality using BlueYonder development tools and scripting. for prioritized minor enhancement requests
  • Support and maintain integrations with other ERP, POS, and third-party systems using APIs, EDI, or middleware.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration activities.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and support manuals.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL,Unix/Linux scripting, and integration tools.
  • Experience with BlueYonder Data Model, MOCA framework, and Integrator.
  • Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes, especially in grocery or FMCG sectors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibility from the Role

Perform Technical Triage for incidents ( tickets) raised by user

Adhere to SLAs committed to customer for response , resolution etc of Incidents

Perform RCA for priority 1 /2 incidents

Perform permanent fixes for repeatable issues

Minor enhancements based on business request
