Roles & Responsibilities:

Standard User Roles BI Content Viewer:
Users with read-only privileges can view analytic applications and navigate data but cannot create or modify content.
BI Content Creator:
This role allows users to create content, develop analytic applications, and make changes to existing ones.
BI Admin:
A super-user role with all permissions in the system, providing comprehensive control over users, teams, and roles, according to SAP Community.
System Owner:
A unique, technical role assigned to only one user at a time, notes SAP Community.
Content Creation:
Responsibilities include building stories, developing dashboards, and creating analytic applications to visualize data.
Data Access & Management:
Roles involve importing data, modeling, blending, and enhancing it, along with managing data connections.
Collaboration:
Users can share files, publish content to the catalog, and collaborate on stories and workspaces.
Security and Governance:
Ensuring data integrity, maintaining access controls, and adhering to compliance requirements are key responsibilities.
