As a Quality Intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our food safety management system (FSMS) runs smoothly.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

FSMS Maintenance: Keeping our food safety plans up-to-date and effective inthe production area.

Micro Lab Assistance

Supporting daily operations in our microbiology lab to ensure product safety.Temperature Monitoring: Overseeing temperature logsfor incoming vegetables and raw materials to maintain quality standards.

Hygiene Inspections

Regularly checking the plant's cleanliness and hygiene to uphold safety protocols.Team Training: Educating the production team during quality assurance visits to reinforce best practices.Root Cause Analysis: Investigating foodcomplaints, identifying underlying issues, and implementing corrective actions.Who We're Looking ForEducational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech in FoodTechnology or Microbiology. Internship Period: 6 Months.Availability: Candidates who can start within 15 days are preferred.Perks5 days working.Fixed monthly stipend.Certificate upon successful completion.
