Blow moulding process engineer

• Operate, monitor, and optimize blow moulding machines to ensure efficient production.
• Conduct machine setup, mould changes, and start-up/shutdown procedures.
• Troubleshoot machine and product quality issues, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain and improve production performance metrics: cycle times, scrap rates, downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Monitor mould condition and assist in mould repair and cleaning.
• Document production data, process parameters, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Train machine operators and junior technicians on proper operating procedures and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
