Operate, monitor, and optimize blow moulding machines to ensure efficient production. Conduct machine setup, mould changes, and start-up/shutdown procedures. Troubleshoot machine and product quality issues, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain and improve production performance metrics: cycle times, scrap rates, downtime. Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs. Monitor mould condition and assist in mould repair and cleaning. Document production data, process parameters, and maintenance records. Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure products meet required specifications. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Train machine operators and junior technicians on proper operating procedures and safety.
