Key Responsibilities

1. Blood Collection

Collect blood samples from donors in a safe, hygienic, and comfortable manner.
Follow proper donor screening and phlebotomy protocols.

2. Laboratory Testing

Perform essential tests including blood typing, disease screening, and cross-matching.
Ensure compatibility between donor and recipient blood prior to transfusion.

3. Inventory & Quality Control

Manage and monitor blood supply, including labeling and storage.
Track expiration dates and adhere to quality and regulatory standards.

4. Documentation

Maintain accurate and detailed records of blood collection, testing procedures, and inventory levels.
Ensure all documentation meets hospital and regulatory requirements.

5. Equipment Maintenance

Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment.
Report any equipment issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
