Blockchain Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop blockchain-based solutions for clinical trials and donation tracking.
• Develop and deploy smart contracts (primarily in Solidity/Ethereum) for NFT-based donation tokens.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain layer.
• Integrate blockchain modules with our healthcare application and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Web3, NFT, and DeFi trends to innovate donation models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Blockchain development.
• Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js, Truffle/Hardhat.
• Proven experience with NFTs, smart contracts, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Strong programming background in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
• Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security best practices.
• Experience in integrating blockchain with healthcare or fintech applications is a strong plus.
