Python developer(Bengaluru/Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, and Django
• Build and manage RESTful APIs with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
• Work with API gateways (e.g., Kong, AWS API Gateway, NGINX) for routing, versioning, and access control
• Contribute to the design and architecture of backend systems and application interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-integrated solutions
• Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Implement background task processing using tools like Celery
• Ensure quality through testing (unit/integration) and code reviews
• Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, and deployment automation

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Python backend development
• Proficiency in FastAPI, Flask, and Django
• Hands-on experience with API gateways and managing API lifecycles
• Good understanding of system design principles and application architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, ORMs, and database design
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
• Solid understanding of security practices (authentication, rate limiting, etc.)
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
