-A Block Sales Officer in FMCG is a critical role responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and ensuring product availability within a designated geographic area or block .
-This position involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with retailers and distributors , meeting sales targets, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES ;
-Sales Strategy And Execution ;- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the assigned area.
-Client Relationship Management ;- Build and maintain strong relationship with retailer , distributor ,and key stakeholders, ensuring effective order collection and payment processing.
: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION ;-
-Communication and Negotiation;- Excellent communication ,interpersonal , and negotiation skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
-Sales Acumen; Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
-Problem Solving and Decision Making :-
Ability to address customer needs, resolve sales challenges, and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
