Knowledge of Electronics components and items is mandatory. Technically competent and experienced in Quality assurance, Quality control, Customer Handling, Product and Process Audit, Continuous Improvement, Rejection Control , Final Inspection, and Standard Room. Overall development of LED lighting fixture, base new product/LED PCB designing/LED Driver designing/SMPS/LED fitting Indoor & Outdoor (Moulding improvement as per product suitable heat suitability with product of efficiency) /DOB & COB Base new Product& LED drivers& Smart LED lighting base new product with very competitive price. Knowledge of the SMT process and the Material Issue process. Know about the EMS Process. Successfully handled with the production management team for as per quality, daily base assembled products with line Inspection. The technical specifications & development of the product, processes, and parts, and commencing production, Quality Control. Coordinate with purchase team as per requirement quality wise component & material which is acceptable or not acceptable as per quality wise. Technically/BOM/Testing/Failure Analysis by market. Responsible for planning & developing new products as per customer requirements /design verification & suggestion/validation & verification of design calculations. Preparation/ Review & control of internal technical documentation. CRM/IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC/ Poka-Yoke/Six sigma. Knowledge of Quality equipment and core tools like SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, Calibration, Why-Why analysis, CAPA, etc. Responsible for conducting the process & product audits as per plan. Factory including BIS & ISO & IS3854/IS1293/IS13779 Evaluation & testing of products as per IEC/ MIL/ MNRE Standards (on Safety, Immunity, Reliability, Performance, Parameter, etc.) To select components like LED, heat sink, Capacitor, MOV, MCPCB, reflector, lighting fixtures & LED driver, etc. for LED lamp based on performance/ quality & price. To provide technical support & Help to the sales team. Successfully Handled Planning for LED, BLDC, and Heater/Inductions Products.

Role & responsibilities 1.Develop and execute validation plans (DVP&R) for BLDC motor-driven appliances. 2.Test performance under varying electrical, thermal, and mechanical load conditions. 3.Validate speed control algorithms, start/stop behaviour, fault protections, and performance under different operating modes. 4.Validate BLDC controller PCBs for electrical and thermal performance, EMI/EMC, and firmware behavior. 5.Conduct HIL (hardware-in-loop) simulations and fault injection to verify robustness of control logic. 6.Design and conduct accelerated life testing to assess durability, wear, and motor/control circuit endurance. 7.Apply HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing), thermal cycling, and endurance runs simulating real-world use cases. 8.Perform statistical reliability analysis (Weibull, Arrhenius) to estimate MTBF and predict failures. 9.Conduct safety testing in accordance with applicable standards (IEC, BIS, IS). 10.Support certification testing (BIS, CE, etc.) for electrical safety, insulation, motor protection, and thermal safety. 11.Identify failure modes using DFMEA, FTA, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. 12.Develop customized test rigs for motor loading, speed/torque control, and environmental testing. 13.Maintain high accuracy in instrumentation tachometers, power analysers, data loggers, thermal cameras, etc. 14.Automate test processes for repetitive life and endurance testing. 15.Document test plans, protocols, results, and deviations. 16.Prepare detailed validation reports and support cross-functional teams with findings and recommendations. 17.Maintain traceability and compliance documentation aligned with quality management systems. Preferred candidate profile 1.Working knowledge of reliability prediction tools and techniques. 2.Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing. 3.Test automation techniques, data analysis. 4.Certification in Reliability Engineering. 5. Bachelors degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics. 6. 5 to 10 years of experience in product validation and reliability testing of BLDC motor-based consumer products.
