Marketing Executive (Field)

You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, dealers, and distributors to establish the market for the company's products and convert them into orders. You will inform the plant teams about the supply requirements for production planning and visit the market to discover new potential customers. Additionally, you will be required to prepare monthly sales plans, data for MIS and MRM periodically, and monthly schedules that need to be entered into the ERP software. Your yearly tasks will include ensuring the meeting of annual sales targets and staying updated with the latest marketing techniques, technologies, and best practices. - Connect with potential customers, dealers, and distributors to establish the market for the company's products - Convert potential customers into orders - Inform plant teams about supply requirements for production planning - Visit the market to discover new potential customers - Prepare monthly sales plans - Prepare data for MIS and MRM periodically - Enter monthly schedules into ERP software - Ensure meeting annual sales targets - Stay updated with the latest marketing techniques, technologies, and best practices - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field marketing or sales of Electronics - Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Engineering preferred) - Experience in field marketing or sales of Electronics, preferably in BLDC Fans, Domestic Lighting (switches, bulbs), or Mobile/Car Chargers,
