Marketing Executive (Field)

Role & responsibilities

• Daily visit to Retail counters for New Registrations as well as for follow ups

• Giving Demo to Retailers at the counter by registering them and ensuring that they place order to distributor.

• Marketing of our Mobile App, give demo to retailers, show benefits of our application and register them [Its free for retailers, easy to understand and do activation and give demo too]

• Conduct training for registered retailers

• Regular follow up for any difficulty in usage/ importance of application; encouraging registered retailers to use the same.

• Coordination with Support (Ops) team on regular basis. Follow up on Payment and collections with clients if required.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate should be from Health or FMCG Industry

• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance

• Self-empowerment to enable development of open communication, teamwork and trust that are needed to support performance and customer-service oriented culture

• Strong oral, written communication, planning and organizing skills to effectively plan own time and manage assigned projects

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills

Microsoft Office skills (power point/ Excel), presentation skills,

Good understanding of Pharma/ Healthcare space
