Daily closing stock to be taken for all items for tomorrows order. FIFO process to be done for all fish & meat/ milk products in chillers. Month end closing stock to be done for all sections along with accounts & purchase person. During wise freezer to be cross check for neatness and meat/fish/chicken to be stacked properly. Meat/fish/chicken items weight to be cross check with the bill. Packaged items date of expiry to be check. Daily store request/wastage report etc to be updated in the system daily wise. To be co-ordinate with purchase assistant and accounts for smooth operation if any assistance required in purchase.
