Job Description

Vacancy in Blast Furnace Mechanical Maintenance Department

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of
Blast Furnace mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain
bell-less top systems, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, hoists, winches, and gearboxes
Monitor critical equipment performance and implement condition-based maintenance
Coordinate and execute
planned shutdowns
, ensuring minimum production disruption
Ensure strict adherence to
safety standards
and maintenance protocols
Maintain and update equipment history, maintenance logs, and spares inventory
Collaborate with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams for smooth plant functioning
