Job Description

Operate, monitor, and maintain real-time payments platforms and related services(Switching, Authorization, Settlement).
Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, security keys, and integrations involvingHSMs and secure components.
Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to maintain high availabilityand resilience of applications and network components.
Troubleshoot complex issues across Erlang, Java, Oracle SQL, and Unix-basedsystems.
Support and optimize payment message flows including ISO8583 and ISO20022formats.
Act as a bridge between product, operations, and engineering teams to ensuresmooth incident resolution, change deployments, and root cause analysis.
Interface with payment card networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, RuPay) fortransaction flow understanding and compliance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to continuous improvements andautomation within DevOps pipelines.
Support UI-based tools for operational monitoring, metrics tracking, and incidentmanagement.
