Channel Sales Executive (Gynae, Ped, ENT etc)


Location:

Role Summary

Gynaecology, Pediatrics, and ENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management:

    Onboard, train, and manage dealers in the assigned territory to ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Clinical Focus:

    Provide expert demonstrations to doctors for specialty products (e.g., Colposcopes, Fetal Monitors, Radiant Warmers, ENT Endoscopes/Cameras).
  • Partner Support:

    Accompany dealer sales teams on critical client visits to help close deals and answer technical queries.
  • Market Mapping:

    Identify gaps in the dealer network and appoint new partners in unrepresented areas.

Requirements

  • Education:

    B.Tech (Biomedical) or similar
  • Experience:

    2–5 years in medical device sales, specifically working with

    Dealer/Distributor networks

    .
  • Product Knowledge:

    Familiarity with OBGYN, NICU, or ENT workflows is essential.
  • Skill:

    Strong relationship management; ability to resolve channel conflicts.
