Job Description

As a Bioinformatics Analyst, you will contribute to the development and implementation of bioinformatics applications within our internal products and research projects.
You will analyze and interpret complex biological datasets, with a focus on next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies such as DNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and metagenomics.
You will collaborate with the development team to design, test, and optimize computational workflows and tools.

Strong programming skills in Python and R are essential.

Proficiency in Linux-based systems and command-line environments.

Knowledge of genomic databases and bioinformatics resources.

Hands-on experience with NGS applications such as DNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and metagenomic analysis.

Inquisitiveness to learn, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving ability.
