BIM Structural Engineer

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  or equivalent

• 5–8 years

  of hands-on experience as a

  BIM Structural Engineer

  , with a focus on modeling, coordination, and interpreting construction drawings
• Prior experience in

  leading a team

  of BIM Engineers on structural BIM deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural BIM scope and delivery for assigned projects.
• Develop and manage Revit models for structural systems.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
• Enforce BIM execution plans, standards, and quality control.
• Mentor and review work of BIM modelers and junior staff.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in

  Revit Structure

  and

  Navisworks

  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for detailing and documentation review.
• Experience working on US-based projects and familiarity with the imperial unit system.
• Site experience or exposure to on-site construction workflows.
• Solid understanding of structural systems and construction methods.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables independently.
