Job Description

Virtual Building Studio is looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Specialist to join our team in Solapur at a leadership level. If you’re passionate about Building Information Modeling and ready to lead impactful projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage 3D BIM models of Architectural and Structural systems using Revit
• Understand and apply advanced concepts
• Identify and resolve design clashes across Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to innovation and best practices in BIM implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience working in Revit
• Strong understanding of Systems and coordination
• Demonstrated experience with clash detection and resolution
• Effective communication and leadership skills
